Fowey Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped fudge pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the sugar and cocoa powder until well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
