Fragrant Almond and Cardamom Cookies (Şorba)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • Whole almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, powdered sugar, cardamom, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and almond extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
