Ingredients
- 500g lamb, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lamb slices with cornstarch until well coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the lamb slices in batches until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green onions until fragrant.
- Add the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar to the pan, then return the crispy lamb to the pan and toss to coat.
- Transfer the fragrant crispy lamb to a serving dish and garnish with additional green onions if desired.
