Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, julienned
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions and sliced red chili, if desired.
