Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 thumb-sized ginger, julienned
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Garnish with green onions and sliced red chili, if desired.
