Ingredients

- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup white wine

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

- Add the Arborio rice, saffron, and smoked paprika, and stir to coat the rice with the oil and spices.
