Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the garlic and red bell pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the Arborio rice, saffron, and smoked paprika, and stir to coat the rice with the oil and spices.
