Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lamb, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin powder, and vegetable oil. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
