Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lamb, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin powder, and vegetable oil. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
