Ingredients
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1/4 cup Piri Piri sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the Piri Piri sauce, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Place the chicken leg quarters in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the Piri Piri marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice charred exterior.
