Fresh Catch Ceviche (Värskelt püütud ceviche)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh white fish, diced
  • 1 cup lime juice

  2. Once the fish is ready, drain off the lime juice and add the red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then gently toss to combine.
  3. Chill the ceviche for an additional 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  4. Serve the Värskelt püütud ceviche (Fresh Catch Ceviche) in individual bowls or on tostadas, and enjoy!
