Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 500g pre-made pastry dough

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, feta cheese, onion, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pastry dough and cut it into circles using a round cutter.
- Place a spoonful of the meat and cheese mixture onto each circle of dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape, then press the edges together to seal.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the pastries in batches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the pastries from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the çibörek hot with your favorite dipping sauce or yogurt.
