Fried Chhoila (तल्ला छोयला)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless meat (buffalo, chicken, or goat)
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate it with mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat a pan on the stovetop and fry the marinated meat until it is cooked through and slightly charred.
  3. Once the meat is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl and add chopped onion, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
  4. तल्ला छोयला (Fried Chhoila) is ready to be served. Garnish with additional coriander leaves and serve as an appetizer.
