Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to make a marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the yogurt mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  4. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in the hot oil until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
