Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, knead the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add cardamom powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the cottage cheese and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small equal-sized portions and shape them into oval or rectangular pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Meanwhile, prepare a sugar syrup by boiling 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water until it reaches a sticky consistency.
- Dip the cottage cheese pieces in all-purpose flour and then deep fry them until golden brown.
- Remove the fried pieces from the oil and immediately immerse them in the sugar syrup for a few minutes.
- Once soaked, take them out and let them cool before serving.
