Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and nutmeg.
- Add water gradually and knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into disc shapes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the dumplings in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the fried dumplings and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the fried dumplings warm and enjoy!
