Ingredients

  • 1 guinea pig, cleaned and gutted
  • 1 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the guinea pig with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
  3. Coat the guinea pig in cornstarch, making sure it is fully covered.
  4. Carefully place the guinea pig in the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the guinea pig from the oil and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve the fried guinea pig with boiled potatoes and aji sauce.
