Ingredients
- 1 guinea pig, cleaned and gutted
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the guinea pig with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- Coat the guinea pig in cornstarch, making sure it is fully covered.
- Carefully place the guinea pig in the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes per side.
- Remove the guinea pig from the oil and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the fried guinea pig with boiled potatoes and aji sauce.
