Ingredients
- 500g kachila (yam), peeled and sliced
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Place the sliced kachila in a bowl and add gram flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the kachila slices evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated kachila slices and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried kachila from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
