Ingredients
- 2 lbs milk fish, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Season the milk fish slices with salt and pepper.
