Ingredients
- 300g fresh noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100g cabbage, shredded
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Boil the fresh noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the wok, then add the cooked noodles to the center.
- Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, and chicken broth over the noodles.
- Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and the vegetables are mixed in.
- Transfer the fried noodles to a serving platter and serve hot.
