Ingredients

  • 500g oyster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender and golden brown.
  4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Transfer the fried oyster mushrooms to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
