Ingredients
- 2 cups Pukala (special type of rice)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Soak the Pukala in water for 4-5 hours.
- Drain the water and grind the soaked Pukala into a smooth paste.
- Add salt to the Pukala paste and mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Drop small portions of the Pukala paste into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

- Serve hot and crispy Fried Pukala as a snack.
