Fried Pukala (तल्ला पुकाला)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pukala (special type of rice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the Pukala in water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain the water and grind the soaked Pukala into a smooth paste.
  3. Add salt to the Pukala paste and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  5. Drop small portions of the Pukala paste into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fried Pukala from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve hot and crispy Fried Pukala as a snack.
