Ingredients
- 2 cups of long-grain white rice
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the rice and cook according to package instructions. Once cooked, spread the rice on a tray to cool.
