Ingredients
- 200g rice vermicelli
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 100g cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the onion, carrot, and cabbage to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the soaked rice vermicelli to the wok, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the noodles are heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
