Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 150g minced pork
  • 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining cooking oil in the wok, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the minced pork and shrimp, and stir-fry until cooked through.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir to combine with the rice mixture.
  7. Transfer the fried rice to a serving dish and serve hot.
