Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 150g minced pork
- 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining cooking oil in the wok, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the minced pork and shrimp, and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Stir in the cooked rice, peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir to combine with the rice mixture.
- Transfer the fried rice to a serving dish and serve hot.
