Ingredients
- 4 pieces of tilapia fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip each tilapia fillet in the beaten eggs, then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture, making sure to coat the fillets evenly.
