Ingredients
- 500g woh (Newari-style beaten rice)
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the woh with turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Carefully add a handful of the seasoned woh to the hot oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the fried woh from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Repeat the frying process with the remaining seasoned woh.
- Once all the woh is fried, serve the crispy fried woh hot and enjoy!
