Frozen Arctic Shrimp Stir-fry
This Frozen Arctic Shrimp Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that brings the flavors of Yamal Cuisine to your table.
Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen arctic shrimp, thawed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same wok.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Return the shrimp to the wok and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables.
- Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
