Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup grated Gouda cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sugar, and cook until the onions are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
