Instructions

  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the chowder has thickened slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and ladle the chowder into bowls. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
