Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash the spinach and wilt it in a pan over medium heat. Drain and squeeze out excess water, then chop it.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix until it forms a dough. Press the dough into a tart pan to form the crust.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the spinach and cheese in the tart pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tart is golden and set.
  7. Allow the tart to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
