Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash the spinach and wilt it in a pan over medium heat. Drain and squeeze out excess water, then chop it.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix until it forms a dough. Press the dough into a tart pan to form the crust.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the crust, then spread the chopped spinach and chopped onion on top.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the spinach and cheese in the tart pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tart is golden and set.
- Allow the tart to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
