Ingredients

  • 400g rice noodles
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 100g pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.
  4. Add the shrimp and pork, and stir-fry until cooked through.
  5. Push the ingredients to the side of the wok, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space, and scramble until set.
  6. Add the drained rice noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  7. Adjust seasoning if necessary, then transfer to a serving dish.
