Ingredients
- 8 pieces of dried tofu skin

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water until softened, then cut into 8 equal-sized pieces.
- Blanch the tofu skin in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then remove and drain.
- Place a small amount of shredded cabbage, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms on each piece of tofu skin, then roll them up tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the tofu skin rolls to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper in a small bowl, then pour the sauce over the tofu skin rolls. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
