Ingredients

  • 200g dried vermicelli
  • 100g sliced pork
  • 50g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic, sliced pork, and shrimp, and stir-fry until the meat is cooked through.
  4. Push the ingredients to one side of the wok, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space, and scramble until set.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage and soaked vermicelli to the wok, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, and continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
