Ingredients
- 200g dried vermicelli
- 100g sliced pork
- 50g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the dried vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, sliced pork, and shrimp, and stir-fry until the meat is cooked through.
- Push the ingredients to one side of the wok, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space, and scramble until set.
- Add the shredded cabbage and soaked vermicelli to the wok, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, and continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
