Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cornflakes cereal
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the frozen hash browns, 1/2 cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, and cheddar cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cornflakes with 1/4 cup melted butter, and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
