Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.

  6. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
