Ingredients
- 500g fur seal meat, diced

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the diced fur seal meat, chopped onion, eggs, flour, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop the fur seal mixture into the hot oil, forming fritters, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
