Ingredients

  • 500g fur seal meat, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the diced fur seal meat, chopped onion, eggs, flour, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Scoop the fur seal mixture into the hot oil, forming fritters, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve the fur seal fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
