Ingredients

  • 1 lb fur seal meat, ground
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground fur seal meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the fur seal patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Toast the slider buns in the skillet until lightly golden.
  5. Assemble the sliders with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
