Ingredients

  • 200g quinoa
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup edamame

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
