Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup of fried tempeh
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup of peanut sauce
  • 1 cup of prawn crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients as specified.
  2. Arrange the tofu, green beans, bean sprouts, potatoes, cucumber, eggs, tempeh, cabbage, and lettuce on a serving platter.
  3. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the arranged ingredients.
  4. Serve the Gadong Gado-Gado with prawn crackers on the side.
