Ingredients

  • 500g beef, cut into small pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated beef and green chilies to the pan. Cook on medium heat until the beef is tender and the moisture evaporates.
  4. Once the beef is cooked and the moisture is gone, continue frying until it turns dark brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
