Ingredients
- 500g beef, cut into small pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated beef and green chilies to the pan. Cook on medium heat until the beef is tender and the moisture evaporates.
- Once the beef is cooked and the moisture is gone, continue frying until it turns dark brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
