Ingredients

  • 500g mutton, cut into pieces

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil for frying
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until the mutton is tender.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
