Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Marinate the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until the mutton is tender.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
