Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup ground Arabic coffee beans
- 4 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground saffron (optional)
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the ground coffee, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and saffron to the boiling water.
