Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 Thai bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add the fresh basil leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
