Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 lemongrass stalks, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, turmeric, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and season with salt.
- Grill the chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and charred on the edges.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
