Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, turmeric, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
