Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef short ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, rice wine, black pepper, grated onion, and chopped green onions to make the marinade.
- Place the short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Transfer the grilled ribs to a serving platter and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
