Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated

- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, sliced onion, chopped green onions, all-purpose flour, water, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

- Spoon the potato mixture onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin, even layer.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the cooked gamjajeon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
