Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, sliced onion, chopped green onions, all-purpose flour, water, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a generous amount of vegetable oil.
  3. Spoon the potato mixture onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin, even layer.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the cooked gamjajeon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
