Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon cardamom pods
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 nutmeg, crushed
Instructions
- In a dry skillet, toast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom pods, black peppercorns, and whole cloves over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
