Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked ham hock
- 1 pound pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 leek, sliced

- 1 can (14 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the smoked ham hock, pork shoulder, onion, carrots, potatoes, leek, celery, white beans, and bay leaves.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
