Ingredients
- 2 cups gari
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cooked protein (chicken, fish, or tofu)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Add the cooked protein and season with salt and pepper.
- Gradually add the gari while stirring continuously to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the gari is heated through, remove from heat and serve hot.
