Ingredients
- 1 lb Secreto Ibérico (Iberian pork shoulder cut)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Coat the Secreto Ibérico with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
