Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and instant yeast.
- Add the warm water, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt to the bowl.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the loaf with a kitchen towel and let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.
