Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the same wok. Add the onion, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cumin, turmeric, and chili flakes to the wok. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the wok and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
